Conference materials and badges may be collected at the registration counters located at Level 3 (conference delegates) and the Ground Floor (exhibitors and visitors) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre during registration hours.

Full Registration Packages and Fees

Full Conference Registration Fee includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, daily luncheons, and one (1) copy of conference proceedings.

Visitors Registration includes admission to exhibition and coffee breaks for the entire event (25-28 March). Visitors are required to submit a copy of their business card when collecting their badge onsite.

Student Registration is complimentary, and includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibition and coffee breaks. Students are required to fax/email a copy of their current student ID with the registration form, or show their student ID when collecting their badge onsite. Student registration does not include a copy of the conference proceedings or any function tickets.

Additional Tickets and Conference Proceedings

Advance full conference registration guarantees one (1) copy of the Conference Proceedings which is available for collection at the registration counter located at level 3. Additional Conference Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference. Delegates are encouraged to order the Conference Proceedings in advance, as onsite availability is limited.

Payment Details

All registration fees are payable in US Dollars. Advance registration can be made by:

  • Credit Card – will be charged in US Dollars only: American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners Club
  • Telegraphic Transfer – bank details will be provided on the invoice

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Offshore Technology Conference Asia c/o the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

  • Cancellation received by 24 January 2014 will be refunded less USD 150 processing fee.
  • Cancellation received after 24 January 2014 will be refunded less USD 150 or 25% of the registration fee, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellation after 3 March 2014 is not eligible for a refund.
  • No refund if delegate fails to attend.
